Terri Cho, our licensed and certified Physician Assistant

Terri Cho, PA-C is a licensed healthcare professional who practices medicine in partnership with Lenore Sikorski, MD. She specializes in dermatology and has extensive experience treating a wide variety of skin conditions and diseases.

Prior to joining the practice, Terri worked in a private dermatology practice in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Terri evaluates and treats all types of dermatology patients. She performs medical and cosmetic dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, chemical peels and laser treatments.

Terri received a BS in Biology from UCLA and then received her Master in Medical Sciences from the Yale School of Medicine. She is certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants). She is a member of the American and California Academies of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Michelle Stewart, Patient Care Coordinator

As the Patient Care Coordinator, Michelle Stewart is a natural at making people feel comfortable discussing their surgical options. She carefully listens to each patient’s concerns and wishes combining them with Dr. Sikorski’s surgical expertise to accomplish every patient’s cosmetic objective.

Michelle has an extensive background in the medical field, working over twenty years in customer service and ten years having been in the Cosmetic Surgery field. She has attended numerous Cosmetic Surgery seminars and courses, which allows her to explain the latest techniques available at Natural Image OC. Michelle has been with Dr. Sikorski since 2009. She is a native Southern Californian who resides in Orange County.

Bertha Ayala, Office Manager/Medical Billing Specialist

Bertha Ayala is the head of the Medical Billing department for Dr. Sikorski. Her attention to detail and work ethic permits her to carry out her tasks in a defined manner. She has over twelve years experience as a Medical Billing Specialist, the past six years being in the Dermatology/Cosmetic field.

Her passion for the Healthcare industry started early in her life when she enrolled in the Bio-Medical program during High School. Bertha is a native Californian and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters. Bertha has a Bachelors in Health Care Administration and is currently studying for her Masters degree in Health Information Technology.

Sandy Hargarves, Medical Assistant

Sandy Hargarves is a southern California native. Sandy has been a member of Dr. Sikorski's staff for over four years and enjoys assisting her in dermatology and cosmetic procedures. She received her medical assisting certificate from Bryman College in 1996. Her career in medicine began nine years ago working for a busy OB/GYN practice in Newport Beach. In addition to being a medical assistant, Sandy is also a trained makeup artist and enjoys making people feel beautiful. Sandy adds a lovely element to our staff bringing creativity, medical experience, and patient care skills.

Samantha Petersen, Medical Assistant

Samantha Petersen was born and raised in San Clemente, CA. Currently, she assists Dr. Sikorski in dermatological procedures, MOHS surgery and cosmetic surgery. Samantha has over five years experience in the dermatology and cosmetic surgery fields. Before joining Natural Image she worked in the customer service departments of several prestigious orange county hotels. Samantha is presently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Her energetic attitude and warm smile make her a great addition to the Natural Image staff.

Toni Frabotta, Patient Relations

Toni Frabotta is the head of Patient Relations at Natural Image OC. She has been a patient of Dr. Sikorski’s for over nine years. Impressed with the quality and care she received, she was honored to join the Natural Image team. She enjoys her role in the daily operations of the front office managing, scheduling and providing information to current and prospective patients. Working with a team dedicated to outstanding customer service, Toni’s goal is to meet each patient’s needs and provide a great first and lasting impression. She understands how important it is to make all our patients feel welcome.

Toni is eager to discover and educate patients of the constant advancements in new products and techniques. Married with two children, she enjoys travel, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Alyson Rogers, Patient Relations

Alyson plays a key role in both front office operations and administrative support. She has over five years experience working in dermatology, and provides customer care with an attention to detail and thoroughness. A native of Southern California, she enjoys running, travel and spending time with her family and friends.

Eunice Nam, Certified Coder and Billing Specialist

Eunice Nam is a certified professional coder and she has been working as a medical coder and biller for over 4 years. She has experience of medical coding and billing in cardiology, internal medicine, and nephrology. She joined the Natural Image Billing department for Dr. Sikorski in 2010. She is detail oriented, accurate, and has great working ethics. She continues to study to get additional certifications of medical coding. Eunice is also a mother of two teenagers and has a very close relationship. She enjoys spending time with her lovely children.

Lisa Giczewski, Marketing Coordinator

Lisa Giczewski was born and raised in Fountain Valley, CA. Immediately after high school, Lisa attended California State University Long Beach. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Fashion Merchandising. She currently has over 5 years of hands on marketing experience and has enjoyed every minute of it.
